She does, in fact, make the best biscuits on the planet. I tried her recipe (which made me laugh) today. It made me laugh because the method is to whack the dough a few times then turn and fold it. The whacking part must have been the secret to the whole thing. I've been a hoarder of biscuit recipes all my life but now I can throw them all away. I have found the queen mother of all biscuit recipes!
