Gingerbread Houses - Wilton Kits

We made these from Wilton kits. It was really fun. The kits had more than plenty of icing mix (which was surprisingly tasty) but you might want to add either chunky sugar crystals or coconut for snow ( I used chunky sugar crystals). There are plenty of round candies, but next time I'll get more gumdrops and other goodies to add. A word of caution if you use these kits - don't add more than the minimum amount of water or the icing might droop on the roof and sides.
